Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is designed to ensure transparency and clarity in how we handle shipping and delivery. By placing an order with LowCart, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Charges

We offer multiple delivery options across the UAE:

  • Standard Delivery: AED 10 – Delivered within 4 to 5 business days

  • Next Day Delivery (UAE-wide): AED 25 – Delivered next business day

  • Next Day Delivery (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman): AED 50 – Delivered next business day

Transit Time, Handling & Cut-Off Times

  • Order Handling Time: 0–1 business day (Monday to Friday)

  • Transit Time: 3–4 business days (Monday to Friday)

Cut-Off Time for Same Day Processing

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time) will be processed on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Same-Day Delivery (if available)

  • Orders must be received before 11:00 AM GST to be processed and delivered on the same day.

  • Orders received after 11:00 AM will be processed on the following business day.

Change of Delivery Address

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged in transit:

  • If possible, reject the delivery from the courier and notify our support team immediately.

  • If the package is delivered while you’re not available, please contact us with details and images, and we’ll assist you with the next steps.
